Not only is their pricing better than most other places (at least for tiles) to save you money, but the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. I went in and got everything I needed today and Andrea helped me. She was pleasant to deal with, kind, and ensured I had everything I needed to get the flooring installed properly for my bathroom renovation. I will definitely make this my go to spot for my future projects.
Sun Jan 05...went to get tiles, woman working was beyond miserable with terrible attitude. Went to home depot, got the tiles cheaper, I spent 970.00 today that "happy" Harry lost because of customer service.
They do not accept used items e.g. ceiling lights, kitchen sinks. . . . So . . . . What's their specialty????? Don't go to donate items!!!
The sales lady in the Bayers Lake location is the most unpleasant person I have ever had to deal with. It's clear she hates her job and dealing with customers. I was somewhat undecided about some flooring I was purchasing and I simply asked if there was a return/exchange policy. Her response was "is this gonna turn into a thing, because I don't want this to be a thing". It was aggressive and belittling.
