Happy Harpeth did a fantastic job treating my 5 year old daughter. She had a bad cavity and needed a crown. We did not want her to have laughing gas or a sedative, and Dr. Esther honored that request and did a great job with our little girl who was a little scared!
The new management is amazing! My daughter was under so much stress coming back but we came for our scheduled appointment and were pleasantly surprised but the new officer manager, management and the new doctor! It has restored my daughter’s comfort to wanting to be here. She text me while sitting next to her in the office to say “mom you don’t have to come back” this was after telling me the new staff seemed so nice!
My experience at Happy Harpeth in Franklin, Tennessee, was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Smith and Natalie , really the entire team provided outstanding care in a welcoming and professional environment. The staff is highly educated, attentive, and took the time to address all of my questions with clarity and expertise.
