As soon you walk in the door someone is there to greet you and assist you. Jaimi Kiger showed me many options and offered to change the stone with any ring I looked at. She took her time and gave me the best deal. I went looking for a ring with no idea what I wanted and walked out with a beautiful ring! I will definitely be going back.
