I went into Texas Bone & Joint, it used to be Trinity Orthopedics, and saw Dr Hansen for a Boxer's fracture (pinky finger fracture.). He was very nice, somewhat laid back and personable. He has a really good bedside manner - speaks in English (as opposed to complicated technical terms.) He told me the options to help the fracture heal and also diagnosed carpal tunnel. He seems to be a really good Doctor.
I went in with a trigger finger, he listened, talked about options and took care of the problem. His staff was also wonderful, on time and professional. Would recommend him to anyone with a hand issue.
Rotator cuff surgery. Recovery was about four months. Has a great personality and recommend him whenever I can. So far my wife has had three surgeries with him and my sister had two.
Dr Hansen has done 2 rotator cuff surgeries on me. Both were highly successful and I can now use both arms without pain and I am 75. He also did a carpal tunnel surgery which was very successful. His office staff is wonderful and the x-rays are done in house. I highly recommend Dr Hansen.
I was very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and had an excellent result from the procedure he did.

Dr, Hansen was hard to communicate with and did not help me with my problems. He sent me to therapy for 3 months of pain that did not help at all. When a MRI was finally done his solution was to operate on my shoulder. Because of problems caused by Calloway Creek Surgery Center the surgery was not done. This was a blessing for me because I went to Dr. Carrell and was helped immediately. Would not recommend this doctor or this surgery center.
