I walked in the door, some guy ran my credit right away, even though I had already been approved for a loan. I told him this, he ignored me and did it anyway. I bought my Toyota from Marin Toyota instead. When I called to complain about this the sales manager gave me a ton of attitude. We all know that car salesmen are shady but at least pretend that you are working with me as opposed to working me. There's so much more to this story but it's late and I'm exhausted. I had a great experience here. Boon Thepkaisone was my sales consultant, and he made it easy to find the car I wanted at a price I could afford. He is easily the nicest sales person I have ever worked with and I will definitely be going back to him for future business.
I was here today for a tire replacement and the new building is wonderful. By far the nicest dealership I have been to or ever seen. I was so comfortable while I waited for my tire to be replaced and the coffee/tea machine was great. Technicians replaced my tire very quickly for how busy the place was, overall a great experience.
So happy with my new Camry!
