I felt very comfortable with the folks at Hansel Toyota. Much more at ease and relaxed and unpressured unlike the last car dealership I was at which I will not mention. I am going back here !!
I had very good service and they were not pushy or anything. I was upfront about what I wanted to do with the numbers and they came back with a lease deal I could not refuse. Have never leased before but it is a good option on a limited budget for sure. Good people Joni was my sales rep as well as Iman who helped with everything. Joni was being trained so I was glad I could help her make a sale. I will go back
I had an apt @815am . My car was ready at the time they quoted me.
Place is great. We had a great experience driving two hrs just to buy a truck from them when we could of bought one at home.
Brought our Prius in for service and ended up purchasing a new truck! Good customer service and very accommodating.

If I could give it a ZERO I would! My husband and I went in to trade our Tacoma for a Tundra after an hour of negotiating, Finance Management and salesman Richard made an offer with us, we all agreed on the offer and he even asked for my husband's signature. After a min, he came back and told us they can't go through with the offer anymore. Why make an offer and waste our time if you can't go through with it???!!!!
