I just picked up my daughter's Accord from this dealership. She had brought it in for service. When she went to drop her car off, she was told that the service would run about $600. Since she had a little extra money, she asked how much it would be to get a cd out of the cd player. That brought the bill up to about $750 or so. THEN she gets a phone call stating that they "found" a problem with the brake caliber and NOW her bill is just under $1,100! Went with my son to buy his first care it's his hard earned money was not a fun or pleasant experience at all this dealership was unprofessional, the sales manager on duty yesterday extremely rude to me and my Husband. Paid cash on Friday 9/9, was to get the car Monday 9/12 only to be told it wasn't ready due to cutbacks in their auto body shop. #itsatrap Let's face it, the only thing good to come from the "Great Recession" was the collapse of automobile dealerships. Unfortunately, Hansel Honda survived. Do not purchase their extended warranty. It is a scam. Save yourself the time/trouble. More to come.
