The Hansel Auto Group history begins with Joseph Hansel in 1851. Joseph was the first Hansel to provide transportation to others, selling horse-drawn carriages. I have NEVER had such a good experience buying car then I did with Christian. We where laughing the whole Time but when it came down to business he got things done. He worked with my needs and wants and even gave me a few pointers. I was in a little rush to get my son from school and Chris put a little heat behind everyone to get things done faster. When I purchased the car in 2016 AJ was awesome, he got me a great deal and I left the dealership happy! When I drove back a few months later for an oil change, it was a nightmare. First, I noticed a scratch on my car and I didn’t care much since it wasn’t too noticeable. then the second time I noticed another chip and I was convinced it was my fault so I didn’t speak up. This dealership advertised the 2006 Honda Civic I bought to have absolutely no issues (other than a little rusting) so we made the trip to Petaluma to test drive & possibly purchase the car. They again assured us there were absolutely NO issues with the car. This was in November. After we purchased the vehicle, I tried to used the ac to find it only blew hot air. I figured it was a coolant issue, so I thought it would be a simple fix. When I went to recharge the coolant, immediately we noticed there was a huge leak. This is ... read more

I worked with Manny Valdez on the purchase of my new car. Between my wonderful experience working with Manny and the general staff at Hansel Honda, I would rate this as the BEST car buying experience that I've ever had. I may have left some money on the table (who ever really knows), but Manny was a respectful negotiator and a gentleman to the end. I would recommend this dealership and Manny Valdez to anyone in the market for a new car. Couldn't be happier.

Horrible! I bought a car from here. I have had nothing but problems. Complete nightmare! Will not recommend to anyone! Plus the guy who sold me the car got fired. Must tell you something about my car.
