I always have a great experience with my Primary Care Dr. She listens to me and always try to help
My husband goes here. We LOVE Hannah, but her nurses and office staff are complete TRASH! The two women we've seen at check-in are great. Other than that, GARBAGE! Not professional at all! He's even stopped going for months because of this! I've never seen so many problems with trying to get prescriptions together! THEN, you cant contact the office, just the call center, so it can take a week or two, to get VERY important medications. I was with Dr Bastia first,then which to Hannah. Things were great at first. Since Dec.2025 when her nurse Penny left,its been one nurse then another. Always confusion, nobody knows nothing when you call for refills or referrals. Can't get papers filled out right. Emma only works here & there. She is only one who knows what's going on and gets things done. My husband sees Hannah too. We love her but my husband has bad depression, his last visit he said he didn't want to go back.
