I came to Hanna with a rapid rehousing voucher she told me my credit wasn’t good enough so I gave her 500$ to push me thru. The only reason I moved into that used unit was because it was 140$ thru the program. Hanna has been completely negligent in managing the property in our neighborhood, and the condition of the house has become absolutely unacceptable. The home has been left in disrepair for years — there are trees growing out of the foundation, an entire wall covered in poison ivy, and the back gate is so overgrown and blocked that it poses a serious emergency hazard for the residents living there.
