Pulled up to my regular VW in Walnut Creek, they asked me to come back at 4 pm. Pulled up to the VW Fairfield, they said they only had one tech but could crank it out tomorrow at 8 am. Pulled up to Hanlees VW, the guy gets up and fixes my light and I was outta there in literally 5 min. Thankful! I'll be back to buy my Subaru Outback within the year!
I have a real problem with this dealer. They will lie cheat or manipulate to make a sale. They lied and said one thing to make a sale but now they are going back on there word. Be careful when or if you deal with them.
I took my Subaru in today to get it serviced, even this was my second time, last year was the 1st time, I Love the people there, I really do! If any of there employees see this, just know I Love you all So much!!
We had a very good experience and love our new car.
