I was told I could purchase a fantastic Subaru warranty that would extend the original warranty a significant number of years and/or miles and everything would be covered by Subaru, including towing and loaner car at any dealership in the U.S. Not wanting to finance any additional I pulled the 2,000 plus out of my saving and made a bigger down payment to cover it.
