I called twice in the morning to confirm the car was there (and the condition of the car) and drove 60 miles to the dealership only to find out it had been sold the previous day. The listing stayed up on Car gurus for days following my experience and even had a price increase on the website. How, when the car had been sold?
I called to confirm that the vehicle was still available, confirmed the price was accurate (through cargurus) and was told yes. Drove two hours to the dealership and test drive the car. Decided I wanted to purchase it. They prepared my paperwork then reviewed it with me. They included the optimal extended warranty in, but I said I didn’t want it. Treated us as valued customers and cared about doing the best for us. First one to respond of others contacted. Glenn (salesman) came in on his day off to discuss buying the car. Eventually we did by from them and are very happy with the deal and car!
