Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service and a lack of willingness to help. We were given an estimate without the vehicle even being inspected, and no effort was made to check warranty coverage. We were warned by a local repair shop to go elsewhere, specifically to Woodland, and we wish we had listened. I would not recommend this dealership.
Just bought a new KIA Niro EV and was very please with the experience. Our salesperson was Alex. We really appreciated that Alex was very down to earth and informative without the usual car sales pushiness. We test drove the car yesterday, considered it overnight, and came back today to buy. Everything was upfront and transparent. We think we are going to love this car. Thanks Alex!
Our experience was great and Alex helped us get the car we wanted along with giving us some great advice on where to go in Davis!
Alex was great, very helpful and full of information!
Alex offered great customer service for us. Our buying experience expanded a months time and he stayed with us every step of the way. In the end we left happy and in a brand new car we are very happy with!
