Fred was really helpful, answered all our questions and knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. He was patient with us and not pushy, he did not insist on anything, he made sure we decided on our own and got to tale home the car we wanted. Everyone in that office that day made us feel important and heard, did not try to upsell anything we did not need and even when they did, we know it is something that we wanted anyways. It was a wonderful experience and we are happy.

He was able to pull some strings so that I could get exactly what I was looking for. He was very thorough and searched high and low to curate the right trim model, swapping with another dealership to make it happen for me.
