I didn’t end up buying a car today due to some strict requirements with my state grant, but I want to give a huge shoutout to Taron Sickler. He was incredibly helpful, honest, and patient throughout the whole process. Even though he mentioned he is a bit new, he provided excellent customer service and genuinely tried his best to make it work. Highly recommend asking for Taron if you go to Hanlees Davis!
I honestly don’t even know where to start with how frustrating this experience has been. Buying a brand new car is supposed to be exciting, but this dealership managed to turn it into a complete nightmare. I want to start by saying the technicians who worked on my truck appear to have done solid mechanical work, and I’m grateful the repair itself seems to have been handled correctly. However, the experience with the service department at Hanlees Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was extremely frustrating due to a complete lack of communication, and quite frankly, respect.
