It was confusing at first because 2 people called me wasn't sure why the second called when I already talked to the first. I went in the evening so had purchased my car on 2 hours which was nice. Driving home I noticed a big chip in the windshield. I text the salesman and he had someone call me the next day. They are replacing it. Overall I am pleased with the experience. The sales team was nice. I would go there again.

The entire sales team was very helpful to me. The whole experience was positive and I never felt like I was being pressured. Thanks to Sean, Alex and Mark, Iâm driving the car Iâve been looking for for over a year.
Car had a sticker of $45,000 and a car gurus price of $$42,999. Talked to salesman made an appointment to go see the vehicle. When I got there after a test drive they told me I would have to pay above sticker for the car. To me this is bait and switch. Very unscrupulous.

We only advertise Used Cars on Car Gurus. We, like many dealers right now have adjusted our pricing based on market conditions and inventory shortages. Not the right time for discounts of the past in todays market. Customer also could not find the Car Gurus listing when asked. Not that it would have mattered. It's not anything we generated from the dealership
