I asked for an out the door price quote on a vehicle they advertised on CarGurus. The person who responded to my email told me to schedule a time to come to the dealership to discuss pricing. Since I live over an hour away I asked again for the final price before committing the time because I don't not like surprises. After that, I never heard from them again. Very great customer service. Randy was the best at helping buy my first car even with some minor bumps on the road, he and his team managed to find me the best financing option for my new car. I highly recommend them and plan to return for future car purchases. Randy was very quick to get all my questions answered and I was just wowed at how well my first time- car buying experience was. Well worth the drive.
