We took my son here for concerns of a flat head. He was about 7 months old, so if he needed a helmet we needed to decide quickly. The professionalism, guidance and support we got from them was incredible. They weren’t trying to sell us a helmet, they were trying to help us. We decided to change things we were doing (less time on his back, not leaving him in the car seat, etc) and went back two weeks later. There was minimal improvement.
