We hired HRD after meeting with a couple of different companies. The design process was collaborative as was the entire build. We never felt like we couldn’t ask something or couldn’t request something. That’s a rare thing to find in a building company. They never left to go to another job. We worked with HRD on our home remodel, which included taking down walls, a complete kitchen remodel, new flooring, and HVAC. The initial conversations with Jesse and Keith were quick, efficient, and honest about what was possible in our budget. Sadly this was another case of horrible service. I got a call today about a kitchen quote and the employee never came out to my place or looked at my kitchen but somehow quoted me 15k-20k as the price. I have multiple contractors that have actually looked at the job in person and quoted me 6k for the same exact job. Obviously Handyworks is just trying to over charge customers to line their pockets. Edit: you can try to save face but I wanted full cabinet replacement and you quoted me a price 3 times as high as the next contr... read more

Our bathroom remodel went very smoothly. Jesse gave us some great suggestions and kept us well informed throughout the project. The support from Sue and Vaughn was excellent, and the craftsmanship of Rich and Ricardo was first rate. We will definitely use HRD for our future projects.

Very happy with results. Will definitely be using HRD again for future projects. Everything went as scheduled. The team was so clean I had to go to the work area to check if anyone had been there that day. My project was difficult in many ways. The house is a small house built in 1890. Nothing in the house is level or plumb. The project was to gut an attic room, insulate,Sheetrock,add ellectrical outlets and recessed lighting,paint and new carpet.
