Fast, courteous, knowledgeable. Relatively on time. (within an hour of scheduled appointment) Work guaranteed. Hopefully, we can hire this same handyman for future projects.
Handyman Matters charges $88/per hour which we did not know until after the carpenter started the work. It cost us over $2000 for the work. The carpenter who did the job was excellent, but Handyman Matters involved us in an employee matter that was not our doing. My understanding is Handyman Matters also pays very low wages, which is no way you can get a carpenter or plumber or electrician who is knowledgeable and capable and enthusiastic.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, the newly hired craftsman that did the work quit the day after completing this project. We were forced to ask the customer to put a stop payment on his check since the craftsman did not return his paperwork or check for this project. The craftsman quit because he did not understand the pay scale since he was new. We pay $16 to $26 an hour depending on skill level. Our guys must have 7 years of experience and be very skilled. Make sure the dispatcher and handyman are on the same page as far as time estimate and service needed. Pro may not have proper equipment for the job.
Business response:
A time estimate made over the phone can be difficult to do with carpentry repairs on fascia boards. Once our craftsmen arrive at the job site for fascia repairs, the time to complete the job can be better estimated. We repaired or replaced fascia in four different locations in three hours for this project.
The installer was very knowledgeable and nice. Office staff worked to make process go as smoothly as possible

Juan did a wonderful job on the fence repair and it did not take a lot of time. He was efficient and courteous.
Great job for the right price. Handyman Matters is getting all my business in the future. Very professional, he came on time, he did exactly what needed to be fixed, He knew how to do a clean fix. Can't even tell where the fixed part is. Really nice!
