Very nice, thorough and knowledgeable. I had Dale hang all my huge mirrors and heavy pictures. Kind and reasonable with the work guaranteed. I will refer this service to friends.
Excellent work, done quickly and efficiently. Price seemed to be ok, but we were not informed about the additional "service charge" added to the hourly rate until AFTER the work was done. They need to tell customers about the ENTIRE fee schedule BEFORE they are hired!

The trip charge covers our gas, vehicle wear and tear, time to get to the job, as well as our commercial vehicle insurance costs. The trip charge is a standard fee charged by plumbers and electricians, for example. We are just transparent about all of our costs. Our call checklist does include informing customers about our rates before we schedule an appointment, so I do apologize if that was missed.
Hope I wasn't too hard on the value for your money rating. Have not had many small projects like this that I could not do myself so I was unsure about the price. The price though was reasonable for my budget. Would definitely recommend.

Worker was not able to fix a light switch problem in a ceiling fan. Other than that the woprkmanship was fine.

We adjusted the front door since it was difficult to open from the outside, installed new weather stripping and door hardware, replaced a fixture with success. However, the attempt to repair a faulty switch on a ceiling fan failed. After replacing the switch component on the ceiling fan, unfortunately the light pull was still inoperable. Our handyman (Dale) did an amazing job replacing rotted flooring and walls on our backyard shed. He was thorough and paid attention to detail in a way not often seen with contractors. We are so pleased with the results, and we would definitely hire him for future jobs.
