Amazing friendly and professional. They took a nightmare of a blown hot water heater and replaced it on the same day. Thank you!
Terribly disappointed. I simply needed a washer hook up and dryer vent installed. A worker came out to the house last Tuesday to determine what would be needed for the job and I was quoted a price of $250. Then Conrad came out that following Saturday, again, to see what was needed to accomplish the work and three small things were added to the plumbing list - remove one hose bib, and replace another with a frost free, So off Conrad goes to buy parts while yet another person arrives at the house; a plumber.
