Yuna made custom wax seals for me for my wedding invitation cards. She came up with a custom logo and processed the order very quickly as I needed them urgently. She made them within a day! She was very flexible and very sweet in accommodating my pick up time. Thank you Yuna for your attention to detail. It was a pleasure working with you.
The seals were absolutely beautiful, however her professionalism and service was terrible. She had issues with me being specific about my designs.. but I paid $1 a seal which gives me the right to be specific about what I want. Secondly, we set up a pick up time, and when I texted her saying i’m 30 minutes away… she said she realized she made a mistake and only made 100 out of the 120 I ordered.. which is fine because human mistake but it’s the way she dealt with it.
