Purchased $900 pair of glasses one week short of 13 months. Glasses broke, took in to have repaired. I was quickly informed no longer under warranty. I was then informed the manufacturer no longer makes replacement parts for my ONE YEAR old glasses. So I was asked if I would like to pick out another pair. My answer NO! Why would I ever want to purchase another pair of your overpriced glasses that are obviously cheaply made and poorly supported. I would highly recommend Dr. Walling to everyone! She is incredibly nice and did a fantastic job with my 2 year old son and I. All of the staff members I have spoke with either in person or on the phone have been so nice and helpful! It is such a relief to feel like the staff truly care about you! The office itself is very clean and well kept, too.
Have been seeing Dr Walling for about 3 years. Awesome staff, office, etc. Would recommend this office to anyone . everyone is so friendly and efficient!
We have been going to Dr. Walling for years and we absolutely love her!!! She has an incredible bedside manner with our daughters (and my husband and I)! We live downtown Indy but we still travel to Greenfield because she is so wonderful! The staff her is amazing! Always pleasant and knowledgeable! What an awesome office!!! Thank you!!!!
