The laser therapy machine took maybe 10 minutes, and gave lasting pain relief and improved movement in my injured knee. My understanding is repeated sessions will progressively restore the joint collagen faster than traditional therapy and exercise alone. I also have a stubborn soreness/numbness/tingling behind my shoulder blade from 15 years ago, and the shockwave machine reaches where massagers never could.
