Have had to change our family dentist after almost 50 years with the same private practice team. Very pleased today with the Hanawalt practice. On time, professional, practical. The information they provided was very good. Seeing photos of my teeth was helpful as I finally got to see what the crown in the back of my mouth looks like! Glad to have a new local place to go!
Very professionally run practice - modern equipment - clean office and exam rooms. Excellent communication at a levels. Dr. Hanawalt was very patient in explaining my dental needs and his concerns in a way that is easily understood. He gave great suggestions on how to care for teeth in general. Based upon the thorough initial exam and all the other positives, I am changing over to this practice. I should have done so years ago.
I broke a tooth and called expecting to have to wait for an appointment to treat it, but got in within the hour. When Dr. Hanawalt determined I needed to see an endodontist, his staff got me an appointment within an hour, too. Wow. I was impressed. I have always received care from this office in this way and I highly recommend this dental practice. Staff, doctors and hygienists are all very professional, efficient and kind.
I was made to feel welcomed as a new patient. Everything was state of the art" and well organized. Opportunity was given to meet staff with introduction of their part in my care. The Personal Plan for corrections was well explained with opportunity to ask further questions about the overall plan. Left with a written "Detailed Treatment Plan Presentation" including services recommended, dates and future costs for services. I am always pleased with the service I receive from these great dentists.
I had my teeth cleaned today. My appointment was actually for tomorrow (my mistake) but they were able to work me in and I didn't have to return. The hygienist did a great job and I was finished in less than an hour.
Had a terrible toothache and they were able to get me in to at least get an idea what was wrong! Awesome people from beginning to end! Love them.
The dental care received here is absolutely excellent. And the entire staff here is also so caring, gentle and kind that it makes it easy when dealing with things that are as personal as our own teeth and care of them. Even on weekends, in times of what I thought to be a dental emergency Dr. Hanawalt came in on his own time to tend to my need. In todays world, where would you find that type of care.
