Usually I'm just hear for my semi-annual cleaning and x-rays, today I went for a little repair job on the inside of my front teeth that had become worn and chipped. Dr. Hanawalt did a super job in a very timely manner. No complaints for me at all! Great service is what I've come to expect here and great service is what I get. It also is great that everyone is so super friendly and happy. I always leave feeling upbeat.
A retired hygienist friend was concerned regarding the quality of care I was receiving from my prior dentist. Both teeth and gums were deteriorating and in bad shape. She referred me to Dr. Peri Hanawalt Wes. I can gratefully state that Dr. Peri was able to save both teeth and gums. Since that time 6 years ago I have continued to be a happy and satisfied patient. I hit a ton of traffic and ended up being 15 mins late. I did call to let them know...they made it work. They were quick and focused on the cleaning.
Dr. Hanawalt considered all factors in trying to pinpoint the source of my problem. As always, he was thorough, and solicited/considered my input.
I was in for my periodic dental hygiene appointment. Pam, as usual, was my hygienist. Everything went smoothly; Pam was as personable and professional as ever. This office is great. That's why I have been coming back here for 56 years!
Terrific treatment of areas of increased tooth sensitivity and thorough cleaning, all while attentive to my time demands and the need to finish within the hour so that I could make my next meeting. Thank you so much!
I've been going to Dr Hanawalt for over 40 years and have been totally satisfied. I always feel that the whole staff takes a personal interest in me, and treats me like a good friend. For semi-annual cleaning, I have been requesting Shelby for several years. She is absolutely terrific....skilled, kind and gentle. Now that I'm on Medicare, I have the option to go to another facility for little or no cost. The only reason Medicare can do this is by contracting with lower quality organizations....likely a staff that works there... read more
