Good food and service
these 4 Stars are for the food & staff alone but someone from the health department need to visit this location and get them to clean up. Man this place is mucky - tattered wallpapers dangling down, dull lightin, possibly intentional to disguse the grimy floors & carpets with smut all over. Management, if you are listening, please clean up. You have an awesome location, great property & above all, great staff and food. Just do not let neglect to this place let you down. please spend some money to upkeep the place too.
All is good except some waiters don't do follow up after order is given. Secondly, remember this is touristic area, some visitors are not American or fluent in english on the contrary some (I have listened to) waiters speak very fast like they are in a rush or something.. You have to be clear about what you are saying so customer would understand and give the order without confusion!
Went to the new location in Brooklyn, NY. Food was overpriced and not very good. It was too dark. It was crowded and the tables are too close together. If the server was tending to the next table, their buttocks was in my face. At the end of the night, the restaurant manager came to the table and asked for a bigger tip for the server, for crappy service.
Han is the best!! Food is always so good!! Will be back for more!
Had a fantastic dinner tonight with my family. Excellent, attentive service. Beautiful decor. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Olde City.
