Good customer service is key, but Han Dynasty University City has a very rude, defensive male manager. I ordered “shrimp fried rice”, nevertheless I received “white shrimp rice”. I was offended when the manager attempted to imply that I didn’t know the difference from rice being colored brown from cooking or soy sauce. It’s not fried rice.....point blank!! I don’t advice this location due to the poor level of customer service!! VERY VERY RUDE!! I’ve attached a picture �
The Dan Dan noodles and Shrimp were amazing! Excellent service also!
We just moved to the area, and we finally got a chance to try Han Dynasty. We'll definitely be back! The dan-dan noodles that our server recommended were wonderful, and the "hot sauce style" was just at the upper end of our heat tolerance, with a few delightful little Szechuan peppercorns for numbing.
Phenomenal‼️ Best Szechuan in the city...hands down! ❤️
My bok choy had a grub in it. I texted the manager a picture of the little fellow, and his response was to refund me for just this order and give me a $15 credit, rather than refunding the whole meal as most restaurants would do. A $15 credit is useless when I won’t be eating here again! I also found a hair in another dish. Disgusting.
