We were in Springfield for my Father-in-laws funeral. Apparently there was a Basketball tournament the same weekend. The hotel was crazy, loud, kids (younger siblings) running around the hotel day and night. Not enough staff present, they ran out of breakfast EVERY morning!!! Hotel is in need of updates and better management. Worst Hampton we've ever stayed in.
Some kind of dog show around, hotel was full of dogs who enjoyed barking at very early hours and waking us. Probably should have asked for a refund, doesn't make sense to pay all that money to be around barking dogs.

Great stop over friendly and clean good breakfast ok all around. If that way again would use them again.
