Catalytic converter cut off of vehicle in lot. Employees barely acknowledged major inconvenience. No compensation or refund. Not to mention zero compassion, help or regard.
Our friend had his car vandalized and the hotel couldn't have cared less. Major damage, catalytic converter cut off the car! Stay somewhere else!

Horrible front desk staff. RUDE AND NASTY WOMEN WITH NO EMPTHAY FOR OUR SITUATION. We drove from Oklahoma with two of our kittens and we reserved this hotel because their website says PETS ALLOWED. OUR POOR KITTENS HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR ALL DAY AND THEY SAID NO CATS. THEY USE FALSE ADVERTISING AND PROMOTE PET NEGLECT WHEN THE KITTTENS ARE EXHAUSTED AND HAVE TO USE THE BATHROOM. Class A customer service. Very accommodating and personable staff. Front desk attendants were so fun! Had a great conversation. Rooms are super clean. Highly recommend this place. ❤️ ps give them all a raise.
