They were kind to us when we needed it. Stayed here when a family member was having a procedure done at Allegheny General Hospital. The hotel gave us a lovely discount when we mentioned this fact.
The staff here from front desk to kitchen to cleaning are all fantastic and very personable! My favorite place to stay in Pittsburgh.

This is a great hotel! Good value, walking distance to lots of restaurants. It's a newer Hampton Inn and also is clean.

Do not stay here. The first room I was given was "non smoking" and REEKED of smoke. The 2nd room I was given had the door open. I didn't even go inside. Unacceptable.
