We found a dirty bra under the desk after checking in so it definitely wasn’t cleaned very thoroughly. There were no bags in the garbage cans either, which bothers me. When I booked the room 6 months ago I thought I had booked a suite but we got a super tiny room with a view of a brick wall. I was really excited about staying at this hotel because of the reviews but it was a big disappointment. The front desk staff however was amazing. Super welcoming and helpful. RecommendedThe hotel is in a great location, walking distance to most of the Univ. of Wisconsin campus. Modern facilities with a great breakfast and a very friendly staff.
We LOVED our stay with the Hampton Inn! The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay; you are treated like family here. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and very clean and the hotel is in a convenient location to everything downtown. I enjoyed the amazing views from the room! The breakfast is excellent and offers something for everyone. I look forward to future stays at this hotel-Thank you for your hospitality! �
