Everything about this Hotel is amazing 😉 The hotel is very clean, great customer service and awesome location. Love the staff 💗 Michael, Richard, Elissa, Tanvi, Cassandra, Chio, Luis and Claudia! I know I forgot a few but there is so many amazing staff members. My husband and I stay here quite often and it has become our 2nd home. We look forward each time to seeing our family at this hotel.

It’s in downtown Madison, and there are old buildings that look amazing. It’s very green here and quite. Lots to look at
I would give this hotel 4/5 stars. My partner and i had the suite with the jacuzzi tub and it was incredible. The tub had lights and jets on the bottom and the sides. It was very romantic and relaxing! The room and hotel were very clean (during the COVID pandemic that’s important). The staff at the desk were so friendly and check in / check out was a very smooth process. Great service from start to finish! My wife and i visited from out of town to celebrate our 11 year anniversary. We received a personalized card with gifts in our room which the room exceeded our expectations and was so amazing! Thank you also for taking care of our parking! Thank you to all the staff that made our weekend one to remember and we will be back and staying here for sure!!!!! Excellent staff and management should really know their staff is amazing!
Superb service! Immaculate room & facility! The entire staff is extremely guest focused. They check all the boxes on how to provide a professional and friendly experience! Hampton Inn & Suites is true gem! Don’t even think about any other lodging in Madison! I wish all hotels I stayed at were this incredible!
