Called the hotel to advise them I would be late checking in. Show up and they tell me there is no hot water. They could've warned me on the phone. They say it'll be fixed the following day. Second night we stay, not hot water again.

I stayed two days and had no problems. The people were nice and breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Curtains probably could have used to run through the wash, but other than that it was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay! We were celebrating our daughters 6th birthday and stayed in the president suite. It was very clean and comfy! She had a great time and the breakfast was good too! Friendly staff and will recommend to others!

Our room was filthy. Broken glass in the bathroom, no toilet paper on the rolls (we had to go down to the front desk and ask for some), bathroom floor was not swept and mopped, hair (someone elses)in the tub, floor was not vacuumed, visible dust on the refrigerator cabinet and headboards (apparently these have never been dusted), visible garbage splashover on the walls, fecal matter on the floors, dirt and other nasty stuff in the window sill. Hot tub torn up! Pool was absolutely filthy & had bugs in it! Maid barely took out trash & gave us clean towels. No toilet paper or coffee so I had to go to front desk & ask for both. Breakfast needs better variety of cooked foods & less variety of, cereals, yogurt & sausage! Why have ketchup with no Hashbrowns? Bananas were brown as all get out. Beds were like rocks & pillows were not that thick.
Not pleased with service my step daughter received. 5he phone in pool room wires cut so make sure you have own phone. We are honest people and my step daughter leave hotel around 11:00 go on ambulance and they accused her of having other people in room,after she leave, which is false. I want my money back please. 5hanks you.
We have stayed at this location several times as our son attends Austin College in Sherman, Tx. The Holiday Inn Express in Sherman is around $25 higher a night so we stay in Denison instead. The employees are all so nice and friendly there and the rooms are very comfortable. The property is clean and well maintained. The only complaint would be the breakfast, the bacon is very thin and tasteless and the eggs are bland. Other than that, we always enjoy our stay at this location, we are actually going back next weekend.
