Pool closed. Hot tub closed. kitchen closed. No free breakfast. Microwave on the floor. Clock and tv not hooked up. Beds are hard. Completely disappointed.
RecommendedMy only problem was with the air conditioning it’s air was barley cool even set at 60 but I was so tired I dealt with it.

We got here, both elevators were broken. We had to carry our very heavy bags upstairs in a hot stairwell. I had a sore leg/foot so that was fun. The breakfast room the next morning was HOT, and the biscuits were cheap .30/can biscuits. And to top it off, the pool is closed indefinitely!!! We paid good money for this room and it’s ridiculous.
Breakfast buffet was included with the price of the stay. When we went to eat breakfast the buffet was out of food. The lady that is suppose to keep it stocked was ask to fix more breakfast food. Instead of restocking the buffet she went on break. She was outside on break when we left because we saw her as we were leaving. My hubby and I went to Cracker Barrel instead. My hubby and I were there celebrating our 40th wedding Anniversary after a nice ceremony at the church.
I had a large fee for just a small dog. They charged me 100 dollars. They said it was the company policy. I dont mind a small fee, but this was outrageous. If the dog mess up,I can see paying a large fee. Pets are family and need to be treated as family. I told them, I would post my comment on Facebook for everyone to see and if they have dog go elsewhere.
It has some flaws....leaky bathroom water running all day long. They are so conscientious about the environment but a waste of water 24/7....this was a downer and one of the elevators was a little scary...got on on the third Fuad it took me to the third floor...Shades of the Shining.... serve breakfast late (7am)...but didn’t have it all ready to go...this is a management issue.
I'm definitely going to this one again great rooms &great service!
elevator is broken had to walk to the fourth floor. but once it's fixed should be good great room and girl at front desk was super nice
