I will start this review with saying I have stayed at this property several times in the past and never encountered any issues. However, my stay on March 28, 2026, was not so pleasant. I flew in on an overnight flight; the flight was 8 hours. I called the hotel on the morning before and asked kindly if I could get an early check in, I was told I had to call the day of my check in, we called several times and was told to keep trying back. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It was also nice and quiet! We will definitely stay again when visiting Texas.
