Rooms were clean, Service was excellent, breakfast was good enough, my only complaints are the pillows
Extremely disappointed with my stay at the Hampton in DeSoto, Texas. This was one of the more expensive options, yet the room was filthy. There was long hair all over the bathroom, including hanging from the soap dispenser, and to make matters worse, there were roaches. I took pictures because the condition was unbelievable. I’m giving 5 stars so this gets seen—not because it deserves them. For the price and the Hampton name, this level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable.
