Their parking lot gets raided by people breaking into cars. They have cameras and all that, but no one is really watching what's going on. It's a small parking lot too.
Update. 7 months later. Hilton was very quick to respond on here, but I have yet to hear anything else, and yes, I called customer support to discuss it further. I was told they were sorry and they were looking into it. A complete joke! I am a Hilton honors member. I have the lowest level membership as we only travel 5-7 times a year for my daughter's competitive dance events. I stay at Hilton properties because I feel safer staying here with two teenagers.
