I don't understand how this hotel has 4 stars but this is absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, there are literally motels better. They don't clean the rooms just put back on the same sheets and re roll the same towels you use, the breakfast is always something stale, the hallways smell like mildew and the customer service is horrible. I definitely don't recommend you staying here, don't be fooled this hotel costs wayy too much for the stay to be so disgusting!

Close to the highway the provide ear plugs in the room. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff member was nice and helpful. However, the room condition was disappointing and concerning. The TV appeared to be falling, and the stand did not seem stable enough to hold it safely. The shower head handle was also detached. These are basic maintenance issues that should have been fixed before assigning the room to a guest. The staff experience was positive, but the physical condition of the room needs serious attention and did not meet the standard I expect from a Hilton property.

I had a comfortable experience with clean rooms! Management was able to allow for early check in and late checkout without hassle. The rooms were stocked with everything needed for the day with a good fresh scent in the halls as well. It was quiet and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay.
