Really good and value priced. Great pool area...breakfast was so so...staff was pleasant...I would highly recommend this hotel for any visit to the area! It would be 5 stars if it had a working computer.
Please avoid asking this location for a custom service number. They gave my boyfriend the wrong one, which turned out to be a sex hotline. When we asked for the correct number, the staff was extremely rude and aggressive instead of helping. The manager, Priscilla, was particularly unpleasant, unprofessional, arrogant, and incompetent. Spark by Hilton should hold their locations to higher standards, this one desperately needs better staffing and customer service.
We stayed the night, enjoyed the room it was super spacious. It had two bathrooms which helped out alot. Beds were super comfy as were the pillows, slept great. So sad no hot breakfast, coffee was good
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good place to rest.
