Our family recently stayed at Norfolk Hampton Inn due to a loss of our Dad and Brother! It was a difficult sad time for our family. We had several rooms all together which we much appreciated. The staff went over and beyond to comfort and assist our family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was always prepared with many delicious options. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and wifi signal was adequate.
It was ok... not great, not bad. Doesn't really live up to the brand, it's older and needs some upgrades.
