We came during a week heavy with baseball tournaments. So the place was packed. However, cleaning staff didn't come by as requested nor did they replenish fresh towels. When we arrived, there was urine on the seat of the toilet. I took that as an indication that a thorough cleaning hadn't been performed before the room was released. I was so disgusted!
