First, I would like to thank Faith, at check in for making the process so smooth and quick. Faith, is very professional and polite being my first stay and coming in from out of town she made my experience very pleasant. Now Ms. Brenda aka Debo from Friday on the other hand was rude and thinks this is her home instead of her employer. My husband and I came to stay because we went to a concert. My stay here was wonderful. GREAT breakfast and upgraded rooms. Staff was wonderful, Faith took care of everything i needed and with a smile.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast.
I stay here for work every other week and always find my room clean and the staff friendly. The last time I checked in I had an issue with my reservation that was my mistake. Faith at the front desk showed great customer service and luckily they still had a room available. Thanks for all the hospitality!
