They should probably just remove the Hampton Inn name from this hotel and just call it, "The Inn". It's not a typical Hampton inn experience at all. Pros: comfy bed, clean room, yummy breakfast Cons: No recognition or benefits for Hilton Honor members, rude front desk personnel, unaccommodating attitudes, raggedy customer service, elevator is slow as molasses (!!!l If you need a spot to stay without the frills, book this location. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming during check-in, which I truly appreciated. However, the overall cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations. My wife and I had to do some spot cleaning ourselves, which should have already been taken care of prior to our arrival. Additionally, the elevators were extremely slow and inconvenient. While the location is convenient, I would not recommend staying here due to the cleanliness issues and the condition of the elevators.
The two front desk people we dealt with were outstanding and gave us exceptional service!
I visited this location at the end of March, and let me just say—my trip started off rough. We arrived at 5 a.m., exhausted and ready for a shower and a nap, only to find out our reservation had been cancelled. I had even called the night before to confirm our late arrival, so hearing that news when I was already tired and overwhelmed had me on the verge of tears.
