The customer service is great. It is easy to get in touch with them and get an appointment. I like Dr Sperry and Dr Campbell and I credit Dr Chan's quick action with saving my husband's life.
The only place I'll go! Dr. Chan is amazing, he sits and looks you in the eye with everything he is telling you, he also calls the home to check how you're doing!
Very professional but caring at the same time The staff goes out of the way to let patients know that they are there to assist you any way they can.
Dr. Samuel Jones is the best!! When you start there, choose him!!
Great people, great place to go for family medical. We have been patients with with this practice since 1978 with Dr. Joynes.
I went online and set an appointment for Dr. Jones and was called back and told to come in at 3:00PM. I arrived at 2:55PM and signed in at the reception desk. I didn't even sit down in the waiting room when a very pleasant assistant called me back. I met with Dr. Jones and was paying my bill and leaving at 3:08PM. Awesome, efficient and friendly.

I had to get some bloodwork done. My appt. was for 10:50am so I got there early like I always do with all my appts. And was out at 10:45am. :) I had my wellness done here and was very please and comfortable here. So this is my family doctor from now on. My husband was recommending this place from his work. He works for Nasa (Jacob Tech) so he got me to come here. So we are both very happy with their services.
