I’ve had to wait over an hour to be seen at my last two appointments that were made weeks in advance. When I asked the front desk about an estimated time to be called back I was told that I scheduled my appointment at a “busy time” and “should expect delays”. If this is a common problem appointments should be scheduled better. I’ve been coming here for several years, but simply don’t have two hours to waste on simple visits anymore.
The staff is always very friendly and accommodating with getting me in when I’m sick. I also love Dr. Chan. He listens to my complaints and concerns and doesn’t make me feel rushed.
I love coming to Dr. McCormick. He is the most gentle and sensitive doctor I know. The staff is excellent! The follow up is excellent. Just love this office.
I have been a patient here for 20+ years. My sons and I have seen Dr. McCormick for at least 15 years. I have always had excellent service from the receptionists to the checkout people. This is a great medical practice.
I’ve been having the worse experience here lately. I’ve been there multiple times in the last month and the front desk people have consistently been rude! It’s so unprofessional the way they talk to patients. I’ve now come to expect this. I do, however, like Dr. Chan. The schedulers will also call and make you reschedule appointments after you have made them which is so inconvenient.
