Good doctors but they seem to be overbooked. Terrible customer service. Typical interaction: Today I waited on hold for 20 minutes for a billing question then when someone FINALLY answered they immediately transferred me to another automated system to leave my number for a callback within 48 hours. Why couldn't that have been done right up front instead of wasting my time on interminable hold? SMH
They get the job done but are increasingly unresponsive. Patient Portal won't let me log in, after failing to even attempt to fix it on the first call no one calls back as promised. They don't respond to new appointment requests from their website and don't even post an email address or online contact form.
I owed a bill and paid it in 5 mins. Called them back to make appointment and was given the run around and oh someone will call you back. I got that response for 3 days. They are so unprofessional! I don't recommend owing them anything and expecting fairness!!!
