The people they have operating there property are awful they don't care because they don't have to experience issues you go through. Me and my family are having to locate a hotel to stay at because our apartment is well over 80° and we have contacted both local managers and corporate office but no response. Three different reports and the same outcome, no AC. Guess we will just have to open all the windows as we inhale pound that we are severely allergic to. Shaking my head, what happened to the company taking care of their customers/tenants. #RethinkingMyLease
I haven't even been in my apartment for thirty days and this is the worst decision I have ever made deciding to move to AmberCrest apartments. My apartment was not clean upon move in. The heat went out after four days of me living here and wasn't repaired until two weeks later. My ceiling is falling in, I seen roach eggs and a mouse in here all under thirty days of being a resident. Management is subpar when it comes to handling these issues and I'm very displeased.
