Cambridge downs located in Loganville was a clean in tack apt complex before Hammond Residential Group took over... Talk about a poor level of Managrment and workers... Ghetto and unprofessional ....our breezeways, stairs and entry's are disgusting... Simply put !!! Management is lazy and unconcerned... Calls to corporate ,,, a joke ... No return calls ... Run ... When you see this management company associated with anything...

Currently at The Darlington: not only are residents being put out, forced to continue paying rent, and being given extortionary threats of eviction (pay $1000+ in 3 days or get evicted), they are being subjected to increasingly unsafe and hazardous conditions. The landlords of the building, Hammond Residential Group and Varden Capital Group are conducting demolition plans while residents ARE STILL INSIDE & UNABLE TO FIND NEW HOUSING. I’ve lived at parkway villa apartments for almost 6 months now and we have had issues with our heat/air and my daughter ceiling in her room is sinking in we believe there is a moisture issue and it’s so bad that she can’t even sleep on her own bedroom!
