I went to another Ford dealer first and all they saw was a 21-year-old they thought they could take advantage of. My experience at Hammonasset couldn't have been more different. I'm from Rhode Island and Nando worked with me to make sure I was able to get the Fiesta ST I wanted that day so I didn't have to make another trip down. I was looking all over RI and CT and Hammonasset's prices weren't matched by anybody. James Filley was an excellent sales rep. Very courteous and attentive to all my needs as a consumer. I would recommend any first time, as well as any other car buyers to go see him. He really changes the way you view a car salesman.
Was having trouble with my service engine soon light. Contacted Alberto Bonnet a service writer there. Assured me that they could fix my truck. Truck was repaired the next day. Awesome facility
