Bought new Focus ST in 2017, great experience with sales. Their parts and service department is some of the worst unprofessional service I've seen. I ordered plastic fog light housing for passenger side. They mistakenly gave me the drivers. No problem, so I went to swap. I understand part number is different due to orientation of holes. They told me I had difference of over half what was originally paid. This makes completely no sense and just a way for hammonasset to bring in more money. Tried to call and schedule service for my car. All you can get is an answering machine. No one ever returns the call. I scheduled service on-line and specifically ask for a return call to confirm the appointment. No one ever returns the call. Upon arrival at the scheduled date, ask to speak with the manager to let them know that they have communication issues as the scheduler does not return calls. RecommendedI had a great experience buying my vehicle, a Ford Edge from Hammonassett Ford. Dan was great to work with, he was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. WE arrived at fair price, no pressure! I would definitely recommend friends and family to Dan and Hammonassett Ford.
Have bought many vehicle at Hammonasset Ford but my last vehicle is the last. The service department is terrible at best. Took four appointment to fix my cars heating and ac system when I told them what was wrong the first time in. My truck the fix a bad headlamp twice and it is still not right and they refused to fix it. After being a long time customer and buying a new vehicle at least every two years you would think they would treat costumers better. I would recommend you go elsewhere!
