very terrible customer service!!! they dont help you as much as when you are purchasing a vehicle from them!!!! i bought the warranties and they dont wanna do any of the work i want them to be done.... always making excuses and super lousy people.... workers act like they hate their job and dont like to enjoy helping customers....... I REGRET BUYING MY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! DONT BUY HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
I have nothing but good things to say about hammonasset ford. Every other dealership saw me as a 25 year old who just wanted to test drive a mustang with all the bells and whistles. They treated me like a human and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse on a brand new 2017 mustang gt premium with the performance package. If you want a new vehicle this is the place to go!! Make sure you talk to Nando and Steve!!
