Owner Steve is very unprofessional to interview for. Will not contact you back after wasting your time and gas to interview on job sites for paying customers after leading you to believe you are hired. He uses soap and water "nothing special" out of dirty buckets on dirty tarps with window glides that will not take off plaster or fit your windows leaving streaks. He wipes the blade into dirty towels then rescrapes the window until "clean" He told me "Only he can use a blade" to scrape off plaster. I will wash any of your acc... read more
After this business was recommended to me by someone on a Facebook group, I left a voice message with my number saying that I would like to speak with someone about having my windows washed. I never received a response to my call so I left another voice message. Again, I received no response. While the company did not do my windows thus I cannot speak to the quality of their work, I would be very reluctant to hire any business that is the one responsive to potential customers.
We have been using Hammer for years and they always do a great job! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their windows cleaned!
