The vet tech gave my puppy the wrong shots (which made him violently sick at 8 weeks old) they charged for BOTH the wrong shot and the correct one as well. When my mom expressed concern on this matter they decided to ban my puppy from the clinic which was fine by me since I wasn’t planning on being back after their carelessness. It’s a shame because the prices are good but I guess this really is a case of you get what you pay for.
RecommendedSuper helpful staff. My dog got her spay there over 3 years ago. Since then we have moved across country and our new vet requested any previous paperwork. I searched and searched but found nothing. Called them up and Hamlett was able to email all my dogs records within 20 minutes. I might add that the spay went perfect, LuLu healed quickly without any complications. Top notch.
RecommendedI’ve taken my cat and dog here to be neutered and receive their shots. Every time I go they do such a great job with the animals. I also love that they let us as the pet parents see where they will be going for surgery. It’s a good, affordable place.
