So today I went looking for a dishwasher and was planning on going to the big box stores to save a little money but they were just having there yearly tent sale and I decided to stop by. Great experience, every time! Long time customer! My dryer went out unexpectedly, and Carla went above and beyond to help me get a replacement (set) that I have wanted for years! Speed Queen! We purchased an induction range, at a very good price. (Far less than Standard) Lincoln, our salesman, was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The range was wonderful to cook with but it had problems. Their excellent repairman Scott worked diligently but some times one just slips thru the factory... Thanks to Scott and Lincoln for working to get the factory to replace it. The replacement is problem free. I had an issue but they resolved it easily for me and I appreciate that. We all make mistakes but it is how the mistake is dealt with that is important.
I purchased a chest freezer here. Sales person showed me all my options, and helped me pick the one that would work best for me. Great service, will buy from there again.

I do a great amount of volume of appliances through Hamiltons. They are an excellent local business. I know the sales department and am on a first name basis with most. Customer service makes them stand above the others.
Our refrigerator died right before our daughters birthday party. So after the party, around 4 we headed to Hamilton's. Chris helped us and answered all of our questions. Within the hour we had decided and purchased our new refrigerator. It is nice supporting a local business.
