After being totally disappointed by faceless big box stores, Martin Michael went beyond the call of duty to make us customers for life. Take my word for this, go to this local store before any chain. They had the best price to start with and Martins service was the best we have ever received from an appliance dealer. 5 stars here. Just terrific.

Martin was the knight in shining armor when our refrigerator died before a big dinner party on a weekend. It was 7 Hours from purchase to installation. Who does that!? We are truly amazed and thankful for Hamilton Appliance. Martin's service was understanding and kind and I will never buy from a big box again.
